What you will do

• Gather, structure, and validate requirements collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Design, and QA teams.
• Translate product hypotheses and business goals into user stories, epics, and detailed acceptance criteria.
• Analyze data structures, APIs, and microservice architecture to produce detailed technical tasks.
• Create and maintain a structured knowledge base detailing product behavior, business logic, and system relationships.
• Organize architectural and business logic to build vector knowledge bases for LLMs.
• Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to accelerate requirements drafting and scenario generation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business or System Analyst in product development.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and define clear, testable business rules.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and microservice architecture.
• Exceptional structured writing skills for creating concise and navigable documentation.
• Practical experience using AI/LLM tools in daily analysis and knowledge of vector databases.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher required.
