Tax Production Specialist

Location: Springfield, MA, USA; onsite role with regular trips to the post office.

Salary: $19.65 per hour.

What you will do

• Sort and manage daily tax mail and maintain tax department office supplies.
• Prepare and process power of attorney forms and other tax documents.
• Manage client records, create cases, and support client outreach for operational data initiatives.
• Print and file daily, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end returns on behalf of clients.
• Make regular post-office trips and complete additional projects assigned by tax operations leadership.

Requirements

• Strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability with constructive written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office products.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy environment with multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work onsite in Springfield, Massachusetts and make regular trips to the post office.
