What you will do

• Assist in designing and documenting AI-enhanced product solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop internal and client-facing solutions leveraging Agentic AI for complex, automated workflows.
• Deploy and validate code in integration and production environments using standard build processes.
• Support DevOps tasks including logging, monitoring, and release workflows.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues to ensure the smooth operation of AI-powered applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate technical updates and project progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or related engineering discipline.
• Strong programming skills with an object-oriented approach and understanding of security best practices.
• Practical experience with generative AI models (GPT, Claude) and coding agents (Cursor, Windsurf, Gemini CLI).
• Adaptability and a strong learning mindset to work across the stack.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in the Newark, New Jersey office.

Nice to have

• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Proficiency in writing automated unit tests.
• Ability to craft prompts for contextually relevant outputs and build multi-step reasoning workflows.
