What you will do

• Deliver at least weekly public talks, participate in interviews, and host webinars.
• Create case studies and content based on real client data to demonstrate the AI agent’s impact on revenue and marketing efficiency.
• Distribute insights through articles, webinars, interviews, and other content formats for the US market.
• Refine the agent’s marketing analysis methodology and decision-making process with the product team.
• Support clients by translating complex marketing data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience helping businesses grow through performance marketing.
• Experience leading teams of 5+ people and building or improving full-funnel marketing systems.
• Demonstrated results supported by measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to turn complex data and insights into clear, actionable content.
• Fluent English at C1 level or higher, with readiness to present publicly in English.
• Fluent Russian and strong practical use of AI tools for content and analysis.

Nice to have

• Published work on blogs, Telegram, YouTube, podcasts, webinars, or similar platforms.
• Experience creating content for a US audience.
