Location: Remote for candidates based in Europe or Ukraine; hybrid for candidates in the Greater Boston area with at least three days per week in the Boston office.

What you will do

• Own the automations roadmap from MVP through product maturity, including prioritization, readiness, reliability, research, and growth.
• Conduct customer development to identify underlying problems and convert them into clear product use cases.
• Use AI tools and rapid prototyping to accelerate discovery and feature delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing on user flows, product requirements, analytics, and edge cases.
• Maintain a clear, actionable backlog aligned with engineering and design.
• Communicate product decisions clearly and iterate based on market and customer evidence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience shaping and shipping products.
• Demonstrated ability to move quickly, compress timelines, build MVPs, and unblock engineering through product clarity.
• Strong understanding of web products and how frontend and backend systems connect.
• Practical AI fluency, including experience building real products with frontier models and understanding their differences and limitations.
• Experience taking products from zero to shipped and making data-driven decisions.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise tooling.
• Early-stage startup or founder experience.
• Familiarity with ITSM, IT automation, or agentic AI workflows.
