What you will do

• Execute periodic compliance testing across business processes, regulatory obligations, and internal policies.
• Design testing procedures, sampling methodologies, workpapers, and evidence-based reports.
• Monitor key controls, analyze performance data, identify adverse trends, and conduct targeted reviews.
• Log findings and exceptions, track remediation commitments, and validate issue closure.
• Support management of findings from BSP examinations, Letters of Concern, internal audits, and compliance incidents.
• Prepare reporting packages and examination materials for senior management and Board-level committees.

Requirements

• Experience in compliance testing, internal audit, or regulatory compliance within a financial institution or bank.
• Strong understanding of BSP regulations, compliance frameworks, and Second Line of Defense assurance principles.
• Ability to assess control effectiveness, interpret data, identify systemic issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Meticulous documentation and workpaper preparation skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple workstreams, and meet deadlines with high integrity.
