Location: Hybrid work in Lisbon, Portugal, with 2 days per week on-site.

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of fullstack applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, and modern UI frameworks.
• Guide and mentor developers through code reviews, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices.
• Design scalable microservices-based architectures and collaborate with cross-functional teams on delivery.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs connecting backend and frontend systems.
• Build content-driven applications with Optimizely CMS or comparable DXP/CMS platforms.
• Optimize SQL and NoSQL databases and implement automated build and deployment workflows with GitHub Actions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a C# .NET Developer with .NET Framework or .NET Core.
• Practical experience with Optimizely CMS or an equivalent Digital Experience Platform.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database knowledge and experience building RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, or another modern JavaScript framework.
• Technical leadership experience, including mentoring and code reviews, plus knowledge of scalable architectures, microservices, DevOps, and GitHub workflows.
• English at B2 level or higher and availability for hybrid work with 2 days per week on-site in Lisbon.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure or another cloud platform.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core and Web API development.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical discipline.
