Fullstack Software Developer (AI)

Location: Portugal; primarily remote with occasional visits to offices in Coimbra or Aveiro. A future office is planned in Porto.

What you will do

• Develop scalable, readable code that follows engineering standards.
• Build and evolve frontend dashboards and backend APIs and services supporting live updates and near-real-time data.
• Improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of existing systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, implement business logic, and refine technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, upgrade, and document software and development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field, plus 4+ years of experience.
• Frontend experience with JavaScript or TypeScript technologies, including NodeJS, Angular or AngularJS, and React.
• Backend experience with .NET, C#, and ASP.NET or ASP.NET Core.
• Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Working knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or LeSS.
• Ability to coach less experienced colleagues.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered products, assistants, virtual agents, or builder-style applications.
• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and reusable frontend platforms.
• Experience with Azure or AWS in globally distributed products.
