Senior Manager, Digital Product (Enterprise Capacity Planning): Leading the strategy, development, adoption, and continuous evolution of digital products supporting enterprise capacity requirements and supply chain planning with an accent on product roadmaps, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional delivery. Focus on managing global product teams, prioritizing complex software enhancements, and applying AI, machine learning, and modern data platforms to improve business outcomes.

Location: Onsite five days a week in Mossville, Illinois, or Irving, Texas, United States. Domestic relocation assistance is available. Occasional travel of approximately 10–20% is required. Visa sponsorship, international assignments, and payroll transfers are not available.

Salary: $159,120–$258,570 per year

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, execution, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Capacity Requirements digital product portfolio.
• Manage and develop Digital Product Owners, Developers, and Analysts while driving product objectives and measurable business outcomes.
• Define product vision, roadmaps, release plans, governance processes, and prioritization frameworks.
• Prioritize enhancements, change requests, and new capabilities based on business value, customer feedback, strategic alignment, and technical feasibility.
• Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Information Technology, data teams, business process owners, and executive stakeholders.
• Drive user adoption, product performance measurement, value realization, and team capabilities in product management and Agile delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in statistics, mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics, analytics, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in digital product management, product ownership, software development, business analysis, supply chain technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading teams and complex cross-functional initiatives in a global organization.
• Experience managing enterprise software products, product lifecycles, roadmaps, releases, usability analysis, and change request prioritization.
• Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, and modern cloud-based data platforms; programming experience with Python, C#, C++, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable digital products and apply AI and machine learning opportunities to business problems.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Enterprise Capacity Requirements (EPP/ECR) processes and planning systems.
• Familiarity with engineering, manufacturing, ERP, and supply chain data environments.
