What you will do

• Support quality assurance and product assurance activities for satellite and spacecraft projects.
• Ensure project processes and deliverables comply with ECSS-Q requirements.
• Review technical documentation, quality records, test documentation, and project deliverables.
• Support design, manufacturing, test readiness, and acceptance reviews.
• Monitor non-conformances, corrective actions, deviations, waivers, and quality risks.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, project management, and suppliers on audits, documentation, and quality actions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, product assurance, or quality engineering.
• Professional experience in the space or aerospace industry.
• Practical knowledge of ECSS-Q standards.
• Experience with non-conformance management, corrective actions, deviations, waivers, audits, inspections, or acceptance processes.
• Experience reviewing technical, test, and quality documentation.
• Fluency in spoken and written English, plus an EU passport and ability to work onsite in Friedrichshafen, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with ECSS-Q-ST-10, ECSS-Q-ST-20, ECSS-Q-ST-60, ECSS-Q-ST-70, or ECSS-Q-ST-80.
• Previous work on satellite, spacecraft, payload, or ground segment programs.
• Fluency in spoken and written German.
