What you will do

• Monitor quality performance specifically within logistics-related processes.
• Investigate quality issues arising from distribution, transport, and handling.
• Define, coordinate, and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Identify recurring quality gaps and drive systematic process improvements.
• Maintain and enhance KPI systems for the logistics department.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of all investigations and quality decisions.

Requirements

• Degree or vocational training in a technical or logistics-related field.
• Experience in quality assurance within logistics or distribution, ideally in an industrial setting.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis methods such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why, or PSP.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work onsite in Berlin or Selmsdorf, Germany.
