What you will do

• Lead quality consulting and Gen AI initiatives to define testing strategies and approaches for clients.
• Drive the adoption and scaling of Generative AI expertise and best practices across the organization.
• Support the Expert Services pipeline through assessments, proposals, and proof-of-concept execution.
• Establish and optimize test automation frameworks and quality engineering processes across multiple projects.
• Partner with delivery units, sales teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful business outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor, recommending tailored QE and AI solutions to solve technical challenges.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Test Automation Engineering using Playwright, TypeScript, Java, C#, or Python.
• Proven track record of designing and building test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Hands-on expertise in API testing for web, mobile, and service-based applications.
• Practical experience with generative AI (GPT), prompt engineering, and AI-powered tools like GitHub Copilot.
• Experience in pre-sales, proposal creation, and executing proof-of-concepts.
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine or Poland.
