Infrastructure Engineer (Blockchain)

hirify.global develops a blockchain-based financial infrastructure platform that unifies financial markets, exchange infrastructure, and protocol-level systems.

What you will do

• Deploy and maintain distributed infrastructure for the hirify.global Layer 1 blockchain and exchange.
• Optimize transaction pipelines for speed, reliability, determinism, and low latency.
• Build and operate secure, production-grade systems across cloud and distributed environments.
• Maintain high-availability infrastructure and improve observability and operational reliability.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, product, and protocol teams while contributing to mainnet readiness.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience for junior-level work or 5+ years for senior-level work, with exposure to infrastructure or distributed systems.
• Working knowledge of Rust, Go, or another systems programming language.
• Understanding of distributed systems concepts, including consensus, fault tolerance, latency, and performance.
• Hands-on Docker experience; familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform or Pulumi, Prometheus or Grafana, and a major cloud provider such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Good written and spoken Business English required.

Nice to have

• Experience operating blockchain infrastructure, validator networks, or Layer 1 systems.
• Knowledge of MEV mitigation, transaction ordering fairness, or decentralized exchange infrastructure.
• Experience optimizing consensus or transaction pipelines for determinism and low latency.
• Familiarity with zero-knowledge proofs or cryptography.
