Onboarding Account Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote-based role limited to the United States; compensation varies by US geographic zone.

Salary: $79,300–$112,000 USD annually, depending on geographic zone.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable implementation engagements for accounting channel partners and their clients.
• Guide platform configuration, accounting software integrations, workflow setup, and go-live activation.
• Help partners and clients adopt core hirify.global AP workflows and reach value quickly.
• Identify implementation risks, integration issues, and process gaps, then coordinate timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate implementation documentation and system records.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Accounting Channel teams to improve onboarding at scale.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• 2+ years of experience in software implementation, onboarding, customer success, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience supporting accounting software, with familiarity with Accounts Payable workflows, accounting processes, or financial operations.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage technical configurations, integrations, documentation, and go-live milestones.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Xero, or QuickBooks.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or financial software.
• Experience working with accounting firms or Accounting Channel partners.
