What you will do

• Design high-volume digital ads, social media content, and campaign visuals.
• Lead rapid asset production while maintaining brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Create and maintain templates, style guides, and reusable visual components.
• Manage production timelines, resources, stock photography, and graphic assets.
• Prepare and deliver final assets across multiple platforms and formats.
• Collaborate with creative directors, producers, creative teams, and marketing partners to maintain visual continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Production Designer or in a similar role, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience with AI image and asset generation.
• Strong understanding of brand design, campaign creative, visual storytelling, marketing funnels, and high-volume media delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in film, television, or advertising.
• Motion design experience.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.
