hirify.global provides cloud-based shop management software that helps auto repair businesses manage operations, payments, customer engagement, and growth.

What you will do

• Execute the hirify.global brand across digital, social, print, and event channels.
• Translate creative briefs into polished designs for campaigns, content, and marketing initiatives.
• Partner with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders on campaigns, events, social content, and customer storytelling.
• Maintain brand consistency across logos, typography, color palettes, messaging, and marketing collateral.
• Contribute to templates, visual systems, brand standards documentation, and the growing design library.
• Present concepts, incorporate feedback, and help streamline creative workflows for speed and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience in-house or at an agency, including brand, marketing, or campaign work.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong craft and multi-channel design across digital, print, social, and/or event work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong knowledge of design hierarchy, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and brand guidelines and communicate work clearly to creative and non-creative stakeholders.
• Availability to work remotely or in a hybrid model in the United States and travel to required offsites.
