IMMEX Fixed Assets Compliance Manager

What you will do

• Own governance, compliance, traceability, and control of IMMEX fixed assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and audit readiness through reconciliations, documentation, and robust controls.
• Act as the subject matter expert for audits, certifications, customs reviews, and regulatory assessments.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on equipment investments, strategic projects, site expansions, and compliance risk mitigation.
• Lead process standardization, digitalization, automation, and compliance solution initiatives.
• Develop procedures, training, and awareness programs that support continuous improvement and operational continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with IMMEX, PROSEC, CTPAT, AEO/OEA, and VAT-IEPS certification programs, including import and export operations.
• Strong knowledge of IMMEX fixed-asset controls, Mexican Customs Law, Foreign Trade Regulations, Annex 24 inventory controls, customs audits, and compliance governance.
• Proven ability to deliver results in complex environments, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and manage organizational change.
• Experience working with digital, automation, project, or process improvement teams, plus strong analytical and technology skills.
• Advanced English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex risks to senior stakeholders.
