TL;DR
Business Analyst (Node-RED): Analyzing requirements and designing B2B chatbot scenarios for an in-house product development team with an accent on functional specifications, integrations, and low-code engineering. Focus on modeling business processes, managing traceable requirements, assessing solution options, and improving chatbot functionality through user feedback.
Location: Ukraine; office or remote work is available.

What you will do
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, designers, product management, IT, external stakeholders, and end-users to deliver product features.
- Analyze requirements, define use cases and functional requirements, and assess potential technical and business solutions.
- Design B2B chatbot scenarios using Node-RED and create functional and technical descriptions of related business processes.
- Manage requirements throughout prioritization, traceability, verification, and validation activities.
- Support backlog management and facilitate collaboration when needed.
- Oversee test implementation, collect user feedback, and propose functional improvements and supporting tools.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant business analysis experience.
- Experience creating UML models, use cases, business rules, and functional and non-functional specifications.
- Knowledge of Scrum, the BA role in Scrum, SDLC principles, and CI/CD concepts and tools.
- Understanding of web standards, messaging protocols, and data formats, including REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, HTTP, FTP, and TCP.
- Understanding of low-code engineering and experience configuring Node-RED.
- Strong analytical, systems-thinking, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and handle ambiguity.
Nice to have
- Low-code programming experience and experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or MS SQL Server.
- Knowledge of SOA, DDD, monolith, and design patterns.
- Experience designing RESTful APIs and working on integration projects.
- Basic knowledge of mobile development technologies.
- Experience with the Atlassian stack, including Jira and Confluence.
