Customer Success Analyst

What you will do

• Analyze customer strategies and assess how hirify.global's product supports customer value and business objectives.
• Measure ROI and other performance metrics against customer strategies.
• Create data-driven narratives, quarterly business review decks, and client-facing reports.
• Monitor account health scores, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers across time zones to align goals and share customer insights.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a related analytical role.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Understanding of BI tools and reporting concepts.
• Basic SQL skills for querying, validating, and analyzing data.
• Upper-intermediate English is essential.
• Strong project and time management, communication, technical aptitude, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with Looker or Data Studio.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or customer success metrics.
• Experience with or interest in automating analytical presentations using Python, Google Apps Script, or similar tools.
