What you will do

• Identify emerging markets and application trends to define roadmaps for protocol bridges, interface aggregators, and connectivity hubs.
• Translate customer requirements into product specifications, value propositions, and competitive advantages.
• Conduct technical benchmarking and collaborate with design, test, applications, marketing, and customer account teams to launch products.
• Create technical documentation, product demonstrations, application notes, and presentations.
• Oversee application reference circuits and demonstration board development.
• Provide technical guidance, customer support, training, and expertise for design-ins and marketing engagements.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in new product definition and architecture specification.
• Strong knowledge of USB2/eUSB2, I3C, I2C, UART, SPMI, SDIO, I2S, and 100M/1G real-time Ethernet interfaces.
• Experience specifying and developing protocol bridges, aggregators, and interface expanders using MCU-based or hardware FSM architectures.
• Experience with IEEE 1722 and IEEE 1588 implementations and a strong understanding of embedded and IoT system architectures.
• BSEE in Electronics or Electrical Engineering required; MSEE is desirable.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, strategic thinking, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of timestamping and security or encryption.
• Experience with SystemC function models and timing-accurate modeling.
• Experience with standardization efforts and collaboration with partners and OEMs.
