What you will do

• Prepare, file, and process 500–750+ electronic tax returns and payments per month.
• Respond to jurisdictional notices, take corrective action, and record cases in Oracle Service Cloud.
• Communicate with clients and taxing jurisdictions to answer questions and resolve tax processing issues.
• Create and maintain internal and external reports, spreadsheets, business records, and related documentation.
• Process incoming mail and prepare returns and payment checks for mailing by established deadlines.
• Support new client setup and complete assigned projects for the tax team.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• 2–4 years of experience in tax processing, administrative support, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of tax forms and filing requirements.
• Experience with Microsoft tools and proficiency in Excel; ability to create and maintain spreadsheets and reports.
• Strong organization, communication, analytical, follow-up, issue-resolution, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information, follow detailed procedures, and work effectively with clients, taxing jurisdictions, and internal staff.
