What you will do

• Design and build reference architectures, deployment patterns, and productionized customer use cases.
• Deliver end-to-end data engineering, data science, cloud, and AI projects using the Databricks platform.
• Consult with customers on architecture, implementation, migrations, evaluation, and adoption.
• Scope professional services engagements with engagement managers and customer stakeholders.
• Provide escalated operational support and collaborate with engineering and customer support on issue resolution.
• Coordinate with technical, project management, architecture, and customer teams to deliver engagement outcomes.

Requirements

• U.S. Secret clearance or above is required.
• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, and analytics.
• Ability to write production code in Python or Scala.
• Working knowledge of at least two major cloud ecosystems, with deep expertise in one: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Deep experience with Apache Spark and distributed computing, including Spark runtime internals, CI/CD, MLOps, and end-to-end data architecture.
• Experience delivering technical projects, managing scope and timelines, documenting and whiteboarding solutions, and working directly with clients.
