Salary: $172,500–$260,100 annual base salary. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan areas, the range is $207,800–$285,800 annually.

What you will do

• Partner with Go-to-Market leadership to identify strategic opportunities, evaluate performance, and influence business decisions.
• Apply statistical methods, experimentation, causal inference, and advanced analytics to understand customer behavior and sales performance.
• Develop predictive models, segmentation frameworks, forecasting methodologies, and measurement strategies for products and programs.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities in revenue growth, customer adoption, operational efficiency, and field productivity.
• Build scalable analytical foundations and trusted datasets with Data Engineering.
• Translate complex findings into executive presentations, dashboards, recommendations, and actionable intelligence solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of industry experience applying data science, statistics, or quantitative analysis to complex business problems.
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python, R, or Scala.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, experimentation, causal inference, predictive modeling, and analytical problem solving.
• Experience with large-scale data technologies such as Spark, Presto, Hive, Hadoop, or similar distributed platforms.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to executive and cross-functional audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related field.
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, or other Go-to-Market organizations.
• Expertise in experimental design, A/B testing, forecasting, machine learning, or production-quality analytical models.
• Experience applying AI and machine learning to business decisions, operational efficiency, or customer experiences.
