What you will do

• Drive complex end-to-end Machine Learning projects characterized by high ambiguity and scale.
• Analyze and model massive datasets to increase traffic monetization and merchandise sales.
• Build, experiment, optimize, and deploy ML models into production in collaboration with software engineers.
• Design and execute A/B experiments and perform rigorous statistical analysis.
• Establish automated processes for large-scale data analysis, model validation, and serving.
• Research and implement innovative machine learning approaches to evolve ad tech.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in CS, CE, ML, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience building models for business applications (or 4+ years with a Master's).
• Proficiency in Java, C++, Python, or related programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, numerical optimization, or distributed computing.
• Location: Must be based in Arlington, VA; New York, NY; or Seattle, WA

• Professional software development experience.
• Background in search advertising, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
• Technical fluency in Generative AI, including LLMs, model fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
