What you will do

• Design digital, physical, performance, and brand assets for multiple co-branded partner programs.
• Create responsive acquisition landing pages and maintain content in Webflow.
• Translate creative briefs across distinct partner brand guidelines, visual identities, and brand voices.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Commercial, external partners, legal, and compliance teams.
• Manage partner review workflows and maintain a high standard of quality across all deliverables.
• Build scalable design systems, pattern libraries, production workflows, and asset handoffs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design and production, ideally across multiple brands or product lines.
• Strong visual design skills supported by a portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with responsive web and mobile design, UX principles, email design, digital advertising, and social media.
• Strong print production skills, including prepress preparation and vendor-ready files.
• Excellent organization, communication, prioritization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, banking, credit cards, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of lifecycle marketing and acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention flows.
• Experience with AI-assisted design workflows and brand-quality standards for AI-generated content.
• Webflow development skills, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Braze.
