What you will do

• Lead visual concepting and execution of social-first campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Direct shoots, UGC-style content, and motion projects, providing clear POV to external partners.
• Develop hero creative, design systems, and art direction packages in Figma for scaling output.
• Integrate AI image, video, and workflow tools to accelerate exploration and push creative boundaries.
• Collaborate with Growth and Brand Marketing to ensure social creative is on-brand and performance-aware.
• Establish a shared visual language and higher craft standards for all social output.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as an Art Director with a focus on social content.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of paid and organic social work (brand-led and performance-driven).
• Fluency in performance marketing and using data to inform creative decisions.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion graphics.
• Strong design fundamentals in typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Demonstrated comfort with and curiosity about emerging AI creative tools.
• Deep instinct for internet culture and current social media trends.
