Bilingual AI Cloud Solution Architect (Copilot & Agents): Designing and deploying Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, and cloud solutions that drive measurable customer adoption and business outcomes with an accent on security, governance, data readiness, and change management. Focus on removing identity and compliance blockers, governing Copilot Studio agents, analyzing adoption signals, and translating AI usage into ROI for enterprise stakeholders.
Location: Remote within the United States; compensation details are provided for candidates based in Washington State.
Salary: $40–$45 per hour, equivalent to approximately $6,400–$7,200 per month.

What you will do
- Advise customers and partners on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents, and related cloud technologies.
- Design, deploy, configure, and operationalize AI solutions aligned with business goals and adoption targets.
- Lead technical engagements addressing identity, security, compliance, governance, data access, licensing, and platform readiness.
- Develop AI adoption and change management strategies covering executive sponsorship, communications, training, and end-user engagement.
- Track usage, adoption milestones, business impact, and ROI while presenting insights to customer and executive stakeholders.
- Coordinate customers, partners, account teams, specialists, and delivery resources throughout the AI adoption lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field, plus 7–9 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of enterprise customer-facing experience, including stakeholder management and communication.
- At least 2 years of experience delivering customer-facing technical projects and working with Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience deploying and driving adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, including Copilot Control System, adoption and change management, and Copilot Analytics.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra, Conditional Access, identity governance, Microsoft Purview, sensitivity labels, DLP, DSPM for AI, and SharePoint Advanced Management.
- Bilingual language capability and at least two listed Microsoft certifications are mandatory; prior customer-facing experience is required.
Nice to have
- Experience building and governing AI agents with Copilot Studio using a register, govern, and protect model.
- Experience supporting practice development, architecture, consulting, or technology solutions.
