Senior Brand Designer

Location: Remote, with candidates based in the greater San Francisco Bay Area preferred for occasional in-person collaboration.

Salary: $120,000–$135,000 total compensation.

What you will do

• Create visual assets for digital, print, presentations, events, and campaigns.
• Evolve and maintain a scalable visual identity and brand system across multiple mediums.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, Events, Motion, Video, and Production teams.
• Translate business objectives into clear, engaging, and highly crafted visual solutions.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strengthen the brand experience across customer, partner, analyst, and employee touchpoints.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in brand or graphic design, preferably in B2B technology, agency, or combined in-house and agency environments.
• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and PowerPoint.
• Experience creating and maintaining scalable brand systems across digital, social, print, events, and presentations.
• Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
• Understanding of production requirements for digital, print, presentation, and large-format design.
• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional design craft and clearly describing individual contributions.

Nice to have

• Enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies and applying AI to creative exploration, workflow optimization, and design innovation.
• Familiarity with motion design or lightweight animation tools such as Figma prototypes or After Effects.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
