Salary: $85,000–$225,400 USD annually, with potential bonus and stock opportunities.

What you will do

• Develop polished presentations for executive communications, town halls, keynotes, sales, product, and other internal and external initiatives.
• Translate complex business, product, brand, and technical narratives into clear visual stories.
• Create supporting assets such as illustrations, iconography, infographics, diagrams, patterns, and other graphic elements.
• Apply and evolve brand guidelines, presentation templates, frameworks, design systems, and scalable creative resources.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and changing priorities while maintaining quality, consistency, and production standards.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, executive communications teams, design partners, and cross-functional stakeholders while handling sensitive information discreetly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of experience executing communications or marketing strategies and managing campaigns.
• At least 3 years of cross-functional collaboration with Design, Communications, Revenue, Customer Success, agencies, or creative partners.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling, visual hierarchy, information design, and presentation design.
• Hands-on experience with PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Figma.
• Strong knowledge of typography, color, layout, iconography, illustration, infographics, animation, transitions, systems thinking, stakeholder communication, and confidential information handling.
