What you will do

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements implementing AI security solutions for AI risk management, model security, and data protection.
• Design secure AI architectures and governance frameworks aligned with NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and EU AI Act guidance.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor and subject matter expert on AI and LLM security for enterprise customers.
• Translate technical findings into recommendations for executive and technical audiences while resolving escalated issues.
• Develop solution playbooks, enablement materials, and repeatable technical best practices.
• Collaborate with product, support, engineering, and professional services teams to provide field feedback and support pre-sales scoping.

Requirements

• 5+ years of cloud architecture experience focused on AWS or Azure, including Kubernetes services and hybrid connectivity.
• 3+ years in customer-facing consulting, professional services, pre-sales, or managed services roles for a high-tech software or technology vendor.
• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, model inference pipelines, API gateways, cloud networking, Infrastructure as Code, container security, and observability platforms.
• Understanding of AI and LLM threats, including prompt injection, data poisoning, data leakage, model inversion, manipulation, and adversarial attacks.
• Knowledge of data sovereignty, data residency, compliance frameworks, and AI security standards such as GDPR, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, and MITRE ATLAS.
• Solid command of written and spoken English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Nice to have

• Automation scripting with Python, Bash, or Go.
• Industry security certifications such as CISSP, CCSK, or CISM.
• AI security-specific credentials and familiarity with additional AI application gateways.
