What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, assisting with the integration of into their environments.
- Manage deployments and upgrades of the platform, coordinating timeframes and resources.
- Develop -specific API scripts to enhance service deployment, monitoring, and management.
- Conduct technical reviews, provide guidance on change preparation, and share optimization best practices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot deployments, addressing anomalies and performance issues.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions on the product set for client teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of consulting or advisory experience.
- Strong experience with Linux (CentOS/Red Hat) and Windows Server platforms.
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) and container architecture (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Proficiency in automation and scripting tools such as Bash, Python, Ruby, Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
- Expertise in networking concepts, including network flows, protocols, and application security controls.
- Willingness to travel to HQ in Silicon Valley for product training.
