HR Services Specialist

Location: Argentina local office; onsite position

What you will do

• Manage and resolve complex HR inquiries and escalated employee cases across the full employee lifecycle.
• Process HR transactions in Workday and maintain accurate employee data.
• Provide advanced support for HR systems, including troubleshooting, updates, integrations, and user assistance.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, Tier 1 HR teams, IT, Legal, and Compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors, benefits providers, payroll partners, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Ensure policy and labor-law compliance while driving continuous improvement in HR services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in HR support, employee relations, HR operations, or a related business field.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, best practices, analytics, and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, customer service, prioritization, adaptability, and confidentiality skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a tiered shared-service model.
• Additional local language proficiency, depending on regional requirements.
