Regional Fit-Out Manager (DACH/UK)

What you will do

• Lead commercial fit-out projects from kick-off through opening across the DACH and UK region.
• Own project planning, budgets, programmes, quality, risk, and commercial performance.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple regional projects while balancing priorities and resources.
• Support Project Managers and promote consistent delivery standards.
• Provide regional reporting, escalation, and decision-making.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience delivering commercial fit-out projects, preferably in hospitality, retail, or other design-led environments.
• Strong knowledge of architecture, interior design, and construction, including translating design intent into execution.
• Excellent project and commercial management skills.
• Leadership and decision-making experience across multiple project teams.
• Structured, proactive, detail-oriented, and quality-focused approach.
• Fluency in English and German is required; location in Vienna or Berlin is required.
