SME – Network/Systems Engineer

Location: Onsite in Quantico, Virginia, United States

Salary: $160,000–$170,000 annually

What you will do

• Design, build, install, and integrate network services, systems, hardware, and software.
• Develop and maintain an on-premises DevSecOps CI/CD pipeline.
• Translate customer and product strategies into verified network and system requirements.
• Monitor system performance, conduct tuning, and assess technical performance measures.
• Create verification procedures and customer acceptance tests, and participate in system validation.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines and support customer liaison and business development activities.

Requirements

• Top Secret with SCI eligibility or clearance required.
• High school diploma with 10+ years of experience or equivalent experience.
• Linux and Windows systems administration experience.
• Experience creating, deploying, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Ansible and Jenkins.
• Experience configuring, managing, and operating SUSE Rancher Prime RKE2.
• DevSecOps familiarity and/or accreditation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Department of the Navy networks.
• CompTIA Network+ certification.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional certification.
