What you will do

• Lead end-to-end authorization processes for FedRAMP High, CMMC Level 2/3, and MARS-E 2.2.
• Manage ongoing continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident reporting for federal agencies.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to map NIST SP 800-53 controls across multiple compliance frameworks.
• Coordinate with 3PAOs for security assessments and authorization activities.
• Build and lead a team of compliance analysts and security specialists.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for federal agency customers regarding compliance and authorization boundaries.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in information security, compliance, or risk management.
• 3+ years of specific experience with FedRAMP authorizations.
• Demonstrated success achieving FedRAMP High authorization for a cloud service offering.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Deep knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5, FISMA, and federal security authorization processes.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure security (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CAP, or FedRAMP-specific certifications.
• Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks like HIPAA and HITRUST.
