What you will do

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for the Fastpath product family, focusing on access risk management and compliance reporting.
• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers to maximize ROI and accelerate issue resolution.
• Deliver remote configuration guidance, onboarding, and training on audit workflows and SoD rulesets.
• Monitor customer health metrics to proactively support renewals and expansions.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to advocate for customer needs in the product roadmap.
• Develop executive-level reports summarizing access risk posture and actionable compliance insights.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical advisory, GRC consulting, or internal audit functions.
• Strong background in control evidence collection, audit reporting, and IT General Controls (ITGC).
• Hands-on knowledge of enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.
• Experience with GRC/IGA tools for SoD analysis and user access certifications.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale compliance projects with minimal supervision.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Prior experience specifically with Fastpath solutions.
• Familiarity with COSO or ISACA best practices.
• Experience integrating with GRC platforms like AuditBoard or Workiva.
