What you will do

• Deliver production software services using Python.
• Build and integrate generative AI capabilities using ADK and MCP.
• Develop production and coding-agent prompts for tools such as Devin, Claude, Copilot, and Codex.
• Implement OpenTelemetry tracing and consistent structured logging across services.
• Own service deployment through OpenShift, Helm, and GitOps workflows.
• Apply secure engineering practices, including secret handling, mTLS, audit trails, and PII-free logs.

Requirements

• Hands-on software engineering delivery experience with Python.
• Experience with Python 3.11, ADK, and MCP.
• Production and coding-agent prompt engineering experience.
• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry tracing and structured logging.
• Experience with OpenShift, Helm, and GitOps deployment practices.
• Understanding of secure secret handling, mTLS, audit trails, and protection of sensitive data in logs.

Nice to have

• Exposure to FastAPI, pytest, MongoDB, Git, ADK packaging, and CI/CD scripting.
• Experience working in a Python and generative AI group.
