What you will do

• Build and deliver production services using Python 3.11 and generative AI technologies.
• Develop and maintain production prompts and coding-agent prompts for tools such as Devin, Claude, Copilot, and Codex.
• Design LLM-as-a-judge evaluation workflows and integrate model provider abstractions.
• Implement OpenTelemetry tracing and structured logging with consistent trace schemas across services.
• Own service deployment through OpenShift, Helm, and GitOps practices.
• Apply secure engineering practices, including secret handling, mTLS, audit trails, and PII-free logging.

Requirements

• Senior-level hands-on software engineering and delivery experience with Python.
• Experience with Python 3.11, Google ADK, MCP SSE, Lite LLM, Tachyon, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation.
• Experience creating production and coding-agent prompts.
• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry tracing, structured logging, OpenShift, Helm, and GitOps.
• Strong security awareness covering secrets, mTLS, audit trails, and protection of PII in logs.
• Ability to work onsite in Charlotte from day one under a hybrid arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience with PII masker design, Splunk Observability Cloud, SPLOC, Arize, vLLM, and model provider abstraction.
• Security-aware coding experience and exposure to Group B Python GenAI work.
