What you will do

• Develop and deliver production software using Python 3.11, ADK, and MCP.
• Design production prompts and coding-agent prompts for tools such as Devin, Claude, Copilot, and Codex.
• Implement OpenTelemetry tracing and consistent structured logging across services.
• Deploy and operate services on OpenShift using Helm and GitOps workflows.
• Apply secure engineering practices, including secret handling, mTLS, audit trails, and PII-free logs.

Requirements

• Hands-on software engineering delivery experience with Python.
• Practical experience with Python 3.11, ADK, and MCP.
• Experience with prompt engineering for production systems and coding agents.
• Knowledge of observability, structured logging, OpenShift, Helm, and GitOps.
• Understanding of secure service development, including mTLS, secret management, audit trails, and protection of personal data in logs.

Nice to have

• Exposure to FastAPI, pytest, MongoDB, file and Git tools, OCP ADK packaging, and CI/CD scripting.
• Experience working in a Python and generative AI group.
