Senior Business Analyst (PreSales)

TL;DR

Senior Business Analyst (PreSales) (Business Analysis, Solution Consulting, AI): Translating client business challenges into practical technology solutions through requirements discovery, presales consulting, and delivery support with an accent on solution scope, stakeholder alignment, and AI-assisted analysis. Focus on facilitating complex workshops, shaping proposals and high-level architectures, and applying Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and RAG to improve solution design and business value.

Location: Onsite at QTSC1 Building, Quang Trung Software City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM–06:00 PM, with a 1.5-hour lunch break.

What you will do

• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria, process flows, and solution documentation.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews, including client-facing engagements.
• Support presales activities such as solution proposals, RFI/RFP responses, demonstrations, effort assumptions, and scope definition.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, and Engineering teams on high-level architecture and implementation approaches.
• Support delivery planning, estimation, risk identification, requirements changes, UAT, and solution validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of Business Analyst experience in software development, enterprise applications, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, requirements elicitation, business process analysis, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation.
• Understanding of software architecture, system integration, RESTful APIs, databases, SQL, and cloud technologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, negotiation, consulting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, Figma, Visio, or similar tools, plus practical use of Generative AI tools for analysis and solution design.

Nice to have

• Experience in presales, solution consulting, or project management.
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, or RAG.
• Experience preparing solution proposals, SOWs, solution presentations, or RFI/RFP responses.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, or Scrum Master.
