Emerging Channels Growth Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own the emerging channels roadmap from opportunity research and validation through scaling and budget recommendations.
• Identify, launch, and test acquisition channels including Reddit, X, Discord, LinkedIn communities, and other niche platforms.
• Develop full-funnel hypotheses and run performance experiments with dedicated budgets.
• Analyze channel performance and ROI, iterate rapidly, and scale successful tests.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, SEO, Brand, and regional teams to influence go-to-market strategy.
• Monitor online discussions and design interventions that improve brand sentiment and reputation.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing with a strong focus on data, experimentation, and ROI.
• Experience leading complex initiatives, influencing cross-functional teams, and owning channel roadmaps or experimentation budgets.
• Experience with emerging platforms such as Reddit, X, Discord, LinkedIn communities, startups, or Web3 ecosystems.
• Understanding of platform mechanics, audience behavior, tone of voice, and community dynamics.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and tools such as Ahrefs or SimilarWeb.
• Excellent written English required; the role is remote from Poland or Spain.
