Growth Marketing Specialist (Cybersecurity)

Location: Athens, Greece, with a hybrid model for candidates within 55 km of the office and fully remote work for candidates elsewhere in Greece; England, United Kingdom, fully remote. The role also includes one month of work from anywhere.

What you will do

• Drive B2C user acquisition across paid and social media, creators, partnerships, SEO, and emerging growth channels.
• Manage creator and influencer campaigns, including outreach, briefs, negotiations, budgets, execution, and performance tracking.
• Develop and coordinate partnership and affiliate initiatives from onboarding through performance monitoring.
• Plan and evaluate growth experiments by defining hypotheses, KPIs, and scalable acquisition opportunities.
• Coordinate with performance agencies and monitor campaign execution, ROI, attribution, signups, conversion rates, and CAC.
• Create campaign messaging and growth content for technical, cybersecurity-curious, and developer audiences.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in B2C growth, digital, performance, or consumer marketing with a record of driving user acquisition.
• Hands-on experience executing and testing multi-channel acquisition campaigns.
• Strong understanding of CAC, conversion rates, ROI, attribution, and campaign KPIs.
• Strong copywriting, analytical, organizational, and execution skills.
• Technical curiosity and interest in cybersecurity, SaaS, developer tools, or similar technical products.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with creators, influencers, affiliates, partnerships, or communities.
• Previous cybersecurity experience.
• Experience managing paid advertising.
