Salary: $180K base plus $15K–$35K bonus quarterly, total OTE $240,000–$320,000

What you will do

• Ship production AI software and internal tools while documenting the process
• Deliver working AI workflows in client codebases and design reliable agent systems with humans in the loop
• Rapidly learn unfamiliar technology stacks and leverage frontier AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor
• Create educational content including videos, posts, and playbooks to explain AI builds
• Lead workshops and hackathons to train operators and founders
• Test new AI models and share learnings across engagements

Requirements

• Must be located on-site in New York City, USA
• 3+ years shipping production software end-to-end using AI coding tools
• Ability to turn complex problems into scalable AI systems
• Experience teaching technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong operational discipline managing multiple projects and client workstreams
• Intellectual curiosity about the evolving AI landscape and high ownership

Nice to have

• Public work artifacts such as open source projects or talks on applied AI
• Experience shipping production agentic systems (not just POCs)
• Experience creating online content and a small but engaged following
