Manhattan EP&F; Solution Architect (Supply Chain)

Location: Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Irving, or New York, United States

Salary: $105,600–$199,480 base compensation per year, with possible additional incentives, bonuses, or commissions.

What you will do

• Lead large-scale supply chain transformations and full-lifecycle Manhattan EP&F implementations for enterprise clients.
• Architect integrated inventory, fulfillment, distributed order management, and order management solutions.
• Guide process re-engineering, maturity assessments, roadmap development, business case creation, and vendor selection.
• Integrate Manhattan EP&F with enterprise applications and define integration points and execution sequencing.
• Lead requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and support activities while maintaining scope, schedule, budget, quality, and solution integrity.
• Develop proposed solutions for client pursuits, support value-driven sales, and mentor cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Multiple full-lifecycle Manhattan EP&F implementations, with deep configuration, process, data structure, master data, and transactional data expertise.
• Strong knowledge of fulfillment and inventory management, including distributed order management, fulfillment logic, inventory allocation, available-to-promise, and inventory position management.
• Significant distribution-industry experience and experience designing and implementing supply chain solutions, including AI.
• Experience managing large IT programs, integrating Manhattan EP&F with enterprise applications, and working across all implementation phases.
• Experience with gap analysis, strategic roadmaps, client relationship management, solution sales, and client presentations.
• Leadership, mentoring, analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and time-management skills; experience with an additional Manhattan Active application such as MAWM or Manhattan Active Omni.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Manhattan Active suite and in-warehouse operations.
• Experience with RELEX, o9, IBP, WMS, SAP, or Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms and tools such as Claude, OpenAI Codex, Palantir, Databricks, Dataiku, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Knowledge of planning, warehousing, transportation, order management, and consumer products, manufacturing, life sciences, or automotive industries.
• Project or workstream management experience involving budgets above $1 million.
