What you will do

• Lead the investigation, triage, and resolution of quality issues across the product and operational lifecycle.
• Develop and support global incoming and in-process quality programs, reporting systems, and shared processes.
• Maintain inspection reports, test data, non-conformance logs, CAPAs, JIRAs, NCRs, and other quality records.
• Support functional testing, safety checks, wiring verification, and system-level commissioning tests for assembled battery energy storage containers.
• Drive product readiness and stage-gate decisions in collaboration with product development, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and program management.
• Use quality data and business intelligence to assess commercial risk, cost, performance, and launch scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in quality, engineering, or operations within manufacturing, renewable energy, or related sectors.
• Experience managing quality engineering non-conformities and aligning regional organizations.
• Deep knowledge of at least two areas: software and controls, batteries, inverters, transformers, civil and structural systems, or electrical systems.
• Experience with proactive quality systems, risk management, supplier quality, product lifecycle integration, change control, compliance, validation, and risk mitigation.
• Experience with large-scale renewable energy projects of 100 MWpeak or more, plus the ability to interpret commercial and legal agreements.
