What you will do

• Own the end-to-end TypeScript stack, utilizing Node.js for backend and React for frontend development.
• Build and evolve customer-facing products for strategy configuration, portfolio tracking, and AI conversation analysis.
• Develop scalable machinery for self-serve onboarding and integrations with CRM, ERP, and core banking systems.
• Contribute to internal tools and AI automations to optimize engineering velocity across the company.
• Design, ship, and iterate on production systems, taking full ownership from problem identification to deployment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience building and scaling production software in a fullstack or strong backend/frontend capacity.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Demonstrated ability to design and debug production systems, including management of failure modes, latency, and costs.
• High degree of ownership and ability to solve problems independently without detailed specifications.
• Ability to use AI coding tools aggressively and critically while maintaining ownership of the logic and thinking.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Dubai.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Previous experience working in startup environments or on AI/ML projects.
