What you will do

• Develop and deliver full-stack AI-powered applications on top of the hirify.global platform.
• Collaborate directly with enterprise customers and internal teams to tailor solutions.
• Extend the platform and UI/UX layer to improve user experience.
• Integrate AI capabilities into production use in collaboration with platform and research teams.
• Write clean, tested, and maintainable code to ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Proven track record of shipping real user-facing products end-to-end.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, Node.js, Vue/React, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong communication skills and a product-oriented mindset.
• Ownership mentality, comfortable taking features from idea to production.
