Software Engineer (AxiomSL AI)

Location: Wrocław, Poland; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in-office

Annual gross base pay: PLN 135,000–263,000, plus potential bonus and equity incentives.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions across new and existing applications and systems architectures.
• Perform technical analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and delivery for complex assignments.
• Build reliable integrations between AI services, structured data sources, and enterprise platform components.
• Apply security-conscious development practices and ensure cross-platform compatibility.
• Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong software development experience with Python, scalable backend services, integrations, data-driven applications, and SQL.
• Experience building and integrating APIs, services, or platform components in enterprise application environments.
• Experience with data pipelines, transformation, validation, and AI/ML-enabled products or platform capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate clearly across engineering, product, and client-facing teams in fast-paced, matrixed environments.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in financial markets, mathematics, computer science, or a related specialized area.
• Experience in fintech, capital markets, or regulated technology environments.
• Familiarity with emerging AI technologies and their use in enterprise software platforms.
