Software Engineer (Python)

Location: Must be based in Poland

What you will do

• Design and develop robust supply-side integrations using Python.
• Optimize backend services to handle massive scale with minimal latency.
• Analyze bid traffic patterns and monitor integration health.
• Troubleshoot real-time communication issues with external partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new supply partners.
• Contribute to testing automation and CI/CD pipeline improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development, primarily using Python.
• Fluency in English (B2 level or higher) is required.
• Strong understanding of web protocols (HTTP, REST, JSON) and Python concurrency models.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Docker.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes and BigQuery.
• Familiarity with OpenRTB protocols and gRPC.
• Passion for digital marketing and adtech.
