What you will do

• Design, build, maintain, and release scalable Flutter and Dart applications and mobile features.
• Use coding agents, LLMs, and AI-assisted development tools while evaluating their quality and limitations.
• Set technical standards for state management, networking, UI components, code quality, testing, and reviews.
• Profile, debug, and optimize application performance for dealer environments and weak network connections.
• Shape architecture and technical direction with product managers, designers, and backend engineers.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and contribute to Flutter, Dart, and mobile development practices.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience building production applications with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong experience with complex mobile applications, including state management, networking, API integration, UI, and UX components.
• Knowledge of mobile performance optimization, security, and accessibility.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile delivery.
• Active use of AI development tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot, with sound judgment about their limitations.
• English at C1 level and availability to work from Berlin or relocate to Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive, marketplace, or B2B platform environments.
• German at B2 level.
